Catching Up

***I meant to publish this post last week but kind of forgot about it! So, here ya go!

I am OFFICIALLY done with my first year of college! This year has gone by so fast!!! I have met so many amazing and wonderful people. I have learned so many new and exciting things. It was a great year. To those not returning, I will miss you. To those coming back, be safe, have fun and I'll see you soon! :]
I feel so... OLD! I am done with my first year of COLLEGE! Am I really old enough to have done this? What? I am just so confused...

I am dying for the summer. I can't wait to feel warmth on my skin, soak in the rays of sunlight, spend afternoons with my family and friends on the lake swinging and tubing and boarding! It is going to be GREAT! We are also going to Lake Powell for our annual family reunion! It will be so much fun. We haven't gone in almost 5 years. It will be a lot of fun seeing everyone! Unfortunately, I have the whole month of May standing between me and my blissful summer. I decided to do a summer session where I will take accelerated courses that usually last about 4 months crammed into 4 weeks. It will be challenging but I can do it! I'm living in one of the school-owned town houses. I'm excited to have a kitchen!

Dad is going to Germany for work for the next little while. We sure are going to miss him while he is away. I wish I could be with him! I would LOVE to spend some time just chillin' in Deutschland. (I finished the highest level German class this semester. I am really sad that it is over. I still feel like I have so much to learn! I am going to miss it).

Anyways, I can't really think of any other exciting news. I will keep you updated on the whole Maymester dealio.
